Why isn't John McClane in any of the Lethal Weapon movies? How come Agent Smith didn't show up in SWORDFISH?

Why Isn’t Pennywise in The Running Man? It's more complicated than you might think... bit.ly/4a04Vvk

I will say, I often imagine how much fun SANDBLAST could have been. That late 1990s project. Eddie Murphy vs Jean-Claude Van Damme, kinda like a CLIFFHANGER thing set in the desert? I was so excited when it was first announced, and I'll always be sad it never got made.
There is nothing fans are more enamored with than a movie that didn’t get made.

It is only potential. It exists only in your mind, where it always made the exact right choices. It didn’t violate your narrow sense of canon. It is only what you love about the franchise, and it can never fail you.
You could almost call it the Rise of Solo. Or maybe A New New Hope.

Man, I want to like the new releases that make most of you lose your minds, but the truth is, most of the time, I don't give a shit about those movies. It's weird, I feel so disconnected to what most people on here love these days.

As probably the world's biggest fan of the first two movies, I cannot even begin to tell you how excited I am about this news. Now if they could only release the second movie on blu-ray!

Back to training, off to CFB Valcartier. I'll be honest, I do like training. A lot.

Few things are as annoying as the power going out while you’re masturbating to porn.

Imagine how limited the writers must be if this is a problem they're having. Daniel Craig was not playing the same character as Pierce Brosnan. And Judi Dench's M was not even the same M as in the Pierce Brosnan movies. It's not rocket science. Just start with a different Bond.
James Bond’s death in No Time to Die is causing a nightmare for the next film. Writers are stuck because Bond “was blown to pieces.”

Anthony Horowitz, author of three 007 novels, says:

“You can't have him wake up in shower and saying it was all a dream."

Something I loved about SMILE 2 is how they went in a completely different direction by making the lead such an unapologetic piece of shit, and Naomi Scott just goes for it 150%. I found it to be a bit jarring at first, but then the decision to do this grew on me. And now I love it.
November 11, 2025 at 1:24 PM
Oh, I just found out they're making a SMILE 3. Fuck, yeah. I love these fucking things. And you know me, it's rare for me to get so into horror movies, but these just work for me. Bring it on! Give me five more of these.

It's always weird to me when I place an order on Amazon, and then two hours later it's like, "your order has shipped", and then the next morning is like, "your order is out for delivery". Amazon, I appreciate it, but calm your tits.

You have to remember, even if I don't talk about it as often on here, but I love opera. It's one of my passions. In fact, I should write about the parallels between opera and action movies because, the older I get, the clearer those parallels become to me.

Yeah, so... I'm sorry, but I definitely prefer Kenneth Branagh's version of Frankenstein, with all his theatrical excesses and operatic tendencies--and Patrick Doyle following him to the ends of the earth.

For me, all four Lethal Weapon movies. BLACK RAIN. ENEMY OF THE STATE. SPY GAME. INNERSPACE. DEEP BLUE SEA. THE GAME. VANILLA SKY. SNEAKERS. THE NEGOTIATOR. JUDGMENT NIGHT. TRESPASS. GUNMEN. FREEJACK. DIE HARD WITH A VENGEANCE. I've seen all of this over 100 times easily.
There are a couple of films I've seen upwards of 100+ times. The first films I pirated on VHS that I wore through every day after school while I was doing homework. RAIDERS OF THE LOST ark definitely. BACK TO THE FUTURE, THE KARATE KID... anyway, watching BACK TO THE FUTURE again and still fresh.

I loved FLIGHT RISK. Loved it! It's a small-scale movie, and it wears it on its sleeve. Wahlberg, Dockery, and Grace are phenomenal, but Gibson's deliberate pacing and Antônio Pinto's gloomy score glue it all together into a surprisingly melancholic thriller.

My first favorite movie of 2025! 💥

Some of you are so scared to show your own taste in movies, it's actually kind of pathetic. It's weird how some of you so desperately want to fit in that you create the blandest Top 10 of 2025 list.
November 11, 2025 at 12:44 AM
Honestly, some of your top 10 (or 20) of 2025 are so boring to me. Most of them just scream "I want to fit in and go with the consensus" rather than, you know, showing your personal taste in movies.
November 11, 2025 at 12:35 AM
I see some of these top 10 of 2025 lists and I wonder, do some of you actually like these movies or are you just afraid to stray from the consensus, because damn, most of the lists I've seen are so unoriginal. Like, seriously, do you have your own taste in movies? Or do you just follow the trend?

I won't do 16, but I do have a top 10 of 2025.

I’m actually pretty vanilla, all things considered. My porn search history is mostly the usual double penetration, threesomes. I like scenes where performers get very, very sweaty. And if I’m in the mood, maybe I’ll look for gang bangs scenes or bukkake. So regular stuff, I guess?
Wanna know how freaky women are? Ask them with their porn search history is......fellas it ain't close lol
All the fellas call themselves freaky until Miss FREAK steps in the room.

I keep wondering when will Americans decide they've had enough and dismantle their entire political system. But it looks like American society has no breaking point. What a shame. Because I have a bunch of American friends and they deserve so much better than this shit.

Only fascists-sympathizers don't want fascists dead.
November 10, 2025 at 2:07 AM
I don't understand. Why would anyone think we should be civil towards fascists instead of having them executed in public? Like, why? Fascists deserve to have their fucking skulls curb stomped, their fucking teeth scattered over the sidewalk.
November 10, 2025 at 2:03 AM
I do want fascists dead. In fact, I want them executed in public and have their bodies hanged in public squares, and then set on fire.
We don’t want facists dead

We just want them out of power so they quit having control over the rest of us

Big difference

Give me a gender-flipped remake of CON AIR.
Teyonah Parris taking over Nicolas Cage's Cameron Poe.
Úrsula Corberó for John Cusack's Vince Larkin.
and Tatiana Maslany for Malkovich's Cyrus Grissom.
