I have been working on building a business as a Mortgage Loan Originator, but there is one issue that makes it difficult: My target audience has been Realtors, and each one tells me that they have three MLO's that they work with and trust, and don't need another.

I feel like we're waiting for the worms.
A much more extreme Trump regime that is vastly better prepared and will be operating under conditions that are significantly more favorable to its political cause.
