The vice president is a cynical shapeshifter, willing to say anything—and be anybody—to become the most powerful person in America. trib.al/2vPsgND

There is nobody he won’t betray, and no principle he won’t cast aside, in his quest to accrue more fame and power.

I understand that kitchen table issues are big factors in voters' perceptions. And the Epstein files are significant, as they should be. But - I have to tell you - IMO - listening to Trump speak to and paraphrase Putin - there's nothing else that shouts his unfitness as loudly.

ICYMI — “Jared’s the INVESTOR here”

J.D. Vance referred to Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner as “the investor” in Gaza, as he and Witkoff cook up a scheme to enrich their families on the backs of the horrors there

And the Hunter hunters are silent🤔

Pretty sure it’s illegal to fuck with people’s mail and if you’re law enforcement you have to have a warrant to touch it.
Think your mail is private? In Columbus, ICE is playing "Postmaster General."

This is perfect. The DOJ's embarrassing snafu with disappearing redactions was the fault of Elon Musk. Musk cancelled government subscriptions to Adobe programs that would have made the redactions permanent. What a pack of fools.

Amazing to now be alive in a world where the vice president of the U.S. is publicly saying there's a chance France and the UK would nuke the U.S. that the U.S. must take seriously and that it should act accordingly and intervene in their affairs

GTFOH. As far back as January, the entirety of the Epstein files were transferred to Main Justice at DOJ…

abolishing ICE is a necessity but *merely* abolishing ICE should be viewed as the most moderate of positions
ICE detain father shopping on Christmas Eve—then steal his family's groceries.

Then 3 agents divvy up his paid for food—taking what they want for themselves.

"Can I just get the wife's number to call and let her know?" woman asks.

"No, guess he should've complied," agent says.

Every Democrat running for office needs to promise investigations and full prosecutions from top to bottom, remove its funding bloat then break up the agency and distribute its core remaining useful functions across other agencies.

And for the record, Mr. Martini, the Italian immigrant who Mr. Potter disgustingly disparaged as a “garlic eater,” and who received a chance for a decent home from the Bailey Business& Loan, is essentially the stand-in for the forbears of ppl like ICE enforcer Greg Bovino (Italian-American).
