Reform UK are yelling “drill, baby, drill” 🙄 But fracking is reckless & won’t even cut bills. Time to end this nonsense. Tell Ed Miliband: BAN FRACKING permanently. Add your name:

Keep fracking out of Britain!
I live in Lincolnshire, and a new gas field has been found nearby. Reform UK are already shouting “drill, baby, drill,” and fracking isn’t banned - it’s only paused. That means they could start drilli...

Going green shouldn’t break the bank.

The govt must step up with grants and incentives to help people make the switch to green technology in the home. Investment in this technology will cut bills, improve health, and create jobs across the country. That’s a win-win-win!

"The Greens are a political party whose time absolutely has come. In fact, it’s overdue."

Having won one of the biggest electoral swings in British political history last year, I know how we can win voters over!

Could a Green prime minister be in the UK's future?
Green Party leadership contender Ellie Chowns spoke to the Big Issue about why "eco-populism" isn't the way forward.

This month we've seen more heatwaves.

Temperatures will keep rising unless we stop burning oil and gas.

The government can't claim to care about our future while backing new fossil fuel projects. That is why @UKLabour must stop new oil & gas extraction, starting with Rosebank.

So appalling.
I just left the Everglades Immigrant Interment Camp. No, I’m not using their ridiculous name. It was a very tough to witness humans in those cages. Every Floridian should be ashamed that our taxpayer money is being used for this.

The Green Party, the only UK Party taking the Climate Crisis seriously enough.

Last month’s #heatwave killed hundreds in the UK – & we’re now entering the 2nd heatwave of the summer.

The climate crisis is here & now – & we need to do much more both to build resilience to its impacts & to cut the emissions that are driving it.

London heatwave killed 263 people – with climate crisis to blame for most, study says
Study finds around 1,500 of the 2,300 estimated heat deaths in Europe during recent weeks were the result of the climate crisis

The Chancellor (when in opposition) & now Lord Kinnock & a former First Minister of Wales have all backed calls for a wealth tax.

I asked the PM if he stands by his promise that those with the broadest shoulders should bear the biggest burden.

He dodged my question again.

UK fighter jets carrying Donald Trump’s nuclear bombs—is this anyone’s vision of security?

We should be leading efforts to reduce and eliminate nuclear arsenals, not investing further in these horrific weapons to satisfy the loose cannon Trump administration.
