Every American in blue states should take similar action. As an Illinois resident, I will refuse to vote for Dick Durbin again if he disappoints us in this way.
@schiff.senate.gov @padilla.senate.gov If Schumer votes for cloture and you do not immediately call for his resignation for betraying the ideals of the Democratic Party, I will not ever vote for either of you again, and will use every avenue in my power to make sure you are not re-elected.

One thing you really see every day is the different risk appetites between MAGA-era Republicans and Democrats. Basically compulsive, reckless, dangerous constant risk-seeking, versus almost comical levels of risk-aversion.

Absolutely agree 1000%!
I am voting no on the CR. Trump and Musk are taking a wrecking ball to vital services for veterans, seniors and kids. I will not support a bill that helps them do it. I will support a clean 30 day CR.
