I have no picture to share tonight but my garment is almost done 🥲🥲 it is the play dress by prairie misfit. I just need to finish sewing in my pockets and hemming. I can’t wait to wear it 🥰 it’s meant for summer but I greatly look forward to throwing it over a hoodie & jeans.

garment update:
all of my skirt panels have lining now! my two next steps were sewing binding on the bodice (which I’m very nervous about) & gathering the skirt… but this was COMPLETELY derailed after I replaced the bobbin and my machine started being tempermental (eating the fabric/thread).

have not read iwtv books yet but found out my mom has a copy of QofD that was my nana’s?! and I’m just like.. what was she seeing in/enjoying from the gay vampire books? From my understanding it’s more subtextual in the books but cmon.

This time of year authors find out how many times their books have been borrowed from public libraries. Thank you to everyone who has borrowed my books this year. I hope you enjoyed them. Authors do get a small payment for each book borrowed, so by using a library you are helping authors.
