The only time Carapaz lost a GT because of a TT or "punch" was one of the softest GTs ever with 18 stages and in November.
All the other GTs he didn't win was due to climbing. All other GTs Roglič won was because he was the best climber.

really should have defunded the police when we had the chance but since we're very clearly past that, it's time we start to make their jobs irrelevant but repurposing all aspects of policing to the point where the police or unneeded and unnecessary.
