Episcopalian, socialist, dad. I like trains, bicycles, video games, and sharing. In a former life I did sound design for video games, but now I have a dumb email job with health insurance. Don't tell my boss when you see that I'm not working. Living in WA

These are two different people who share the last name Wilson, but for about five seconds I did not realize this and was very confused. Lol

Building a bullet emitter for my shmup video game, with the end goal of it being easy to drop into a level while being flexible enough to create interesting patterns.

Not done with it yet, but even just one emitter is yielding some fun patterns, so that's a good sign :)

‪Yeah, Parable of Sower feels prophetic, but have you read Ribofunk (1996)??

"Before us reared the tallest building in all of old Nuevo York, what used to be old man Trump’s very HQ, before he was elected president and got sliced and diced like he did."

First, I want to be clear that my understanding of Christianity has lead me to pacifism. I ethically cannot respond to evil with an act of violence.

That said, is it controversial to post this gif in the year 2025? 👀

I've been reading "Christianity and the Social Crisis," published in 1907, and a lot of it sounds like it could have been written today. I like his take on automation.

I saw this book while browsing around in my public library recently, and I almost fell over.
The blurb lists some of the things controlled by the "cultural Marxists," including "big tech and big business." My brain cannot comprehend

I've got this idea for a video game where you fight a bunch of demons and the final boss is Mammon. So I've been reading about different demons, and there's lots of really cool art of demons looking badass and stuff out there, but unfortunately Mammon looks like this
