Expiring ACA tax credits will hit small businesses especially hard. Meanwhile, 74% of small business owners are worried that their business won’t survive due to Trump’s tariffs.

Trump is crushing small businesses while doling out tax breaks to his big corporate donors.

Priorities.

Good, we need real oversight on this issue.

In this piece, I try to make sense of this horror:

Trump Boat Bombings Suddenly on Shakier Ground as Damning Info Emerges
Will Republicans give us a real investigation into Trump’s bombings, now that we just learned horrific new details about them? Or are they seriously going to fall on their swords for Pete Hegseth?

Yep. And there is, by design, no clear successor.

Vance was chosen precisely because the base would never accept him as the next MAGA savior, and the base is already fracturing too quickly for any one faction leader to find a path to uniting the movement.

When he goes: chaos.
JP Morgan’s CEO going “we’re not funding the ballroom, the next DOJ will hit us with the book over it” is a pretty big sign that the winds are shifting as far as Trump having a glorious 1000 year reich. I doubt he’ll even make the full four years, and his entourage have their future to pay for it

Side note to the side note: the thing about races like this is that while Dems obviously hope their candidate pulls off an upset, the bigger goal is to force the GOP to expend resources on what should be a safe race.

Dems may’ve already achieved that here.
Religion aside: Trump’s allegation that Van Epps’ opponent, Aftyn Behn, “hates” Christianity appears to be a reference to a past statement she made not about Christianity itself, but about secularism and specific religious leaders having “a lot of say” and “power” in the TN state legislature.

MARKWAYNE MULLIN: We know the Navy or Coast Guard picked up survivors and sent them back to their countries. So now we're saying that they did it once and they didn't do it again?

BASH: Could that be because a lawyer in the Pentagon said you can't do that again?

MULLIN: No, absolutely not
