Over the past three days, the temperature in South Australia, including overnight, has averaged over 27°, touching 40° at times. Despite that, SA had over 75% renewables, no blackouts, no load shedding and an average generation price half that of NSW and Queensland. #renewables #auspol

Latest monthly CPI of 2.1% shows that Australia's inflation has come down faster than in the US and Canada - thanks to the govt bringing in measures like the electricity rebate.

Having read through the vast bulk of the publicly available written submissions, it’s clear that most experts believe this is an ill thought-through policy which lacks evidentiary basis, likely won’t work, and will have wide-ranging ramifications.
