We just did an incredibly successful NYT recipe roasting them with turmeric and orange. Not that I don’t like them with a bit of bacon and garlic too. But this departed heavily from the usual sulfur-tinged aroma and flavor profile. Had it as a side with salmon w a chili crisp glaze.
