Except South Africa is openly supportive of Hamas and Russia. Maybe the case should’ve been brought by a country who aren’t supporters of genocide when it’s their political allies.
not to pile on here (I imagine this is a good faith question) but this is the reason why it was so world-historically important that the case for charging genocide against Israel was brought to the ICJ by South Africa
Perhaps but the founding principle of Hamas, Hezbollah, et al is to kill all Jews, in Israel and worldwide, with no concern whatsoever for collateral casualties. This does not excuse this Israeli government; however, candidly, how would you respond to terrorists doggedly trying to kill you?

It’s an unpopular opinion to have on here but I do not think that our dystopian hellscape is uniquely bad compared to past dystopian hellscapes in this country’s history and i do not think there are no prospects of improvement
