I have not been to a movie theatre in a very long time (the cost just isn’t worth it to me anymore), but hearing the way people are talking about Nosferatu is making me want to.

Shoutout to libraries, man. I pretty much always have 1 book, 1 movie, and 1 game borrowed. Did you know many libraries have video games? I played the entirety of Elden Ring borrowing it from my local library.

I have to take an annual fire safety training for work, and I am reminded that I asked some of the folks who manage these things how they evacuate the NICU and apparently they have vests you can load up with babies

Diablo 2 update: I let a random number generator decide which build to use this time around. It picked Druid Bear. I played until 1am. Good times.

Diablo 2 update: I let a random number generator decide which build to use this time around. It picked Druid Bear. I played until 1am. Good times.
Diablo 2 Resurrected PS5 is on sale (the game on its own is still $60 but the Prime Evil Collection, which includes it, is $25). My PC struggled to play it smoothly, so I’ve been wanting to pick up the console version. Looks like I found my Christmas game.

I just finished Castlevania (1), which I had never played. I abused save states liberally, and it was still hard. Props to anyone who beat this legitimately.

I love RPG fans, because every time they say that something obscure is one of the best games ever, you either start it and discover the most subversive, well-built game ever played or something where all the dialogue is like "The dark is evil. But the light can beat it. Friendship is good."

This is such a bizarre choice. Surely there’s time to change this before release?
Elden Ring Nightreign will allow players to play the game in three-player co-op, or as a single player, but not in a duo.
