Dear @mark-carney.bsky.social It is my understanding that an MP must wait 5 years minimum from quitting their seat to work for a lobby group. So how is it that the MP giving up his seat for PP to run in a by-election, is now working for a large lobby group? Do ANY rules count for Cons?

There needs to be accountability for spreading outright lies in parliament and during elections. I am unsure how this can happen when so many media outlets in Canada actively encourage these falsehoods. This must be addressed. Media accountability is just as important as political accountability.

Nope. There are adjustments being made now to sign new deals. Why go back to an unreliable partner? The democrats sure aren’t showing how they are better. I’m sure some trade will keep on but we have long memories and the absolute rage here will not be forgotten so easily. Not easy at all
