I do like that now that I think I'm in the mid game-ish (I've cleared the parking lot and done the blackout event) most characters have a good way of doing reliable damage without using too much stamina, durability, or ammo which feels like a massive power spike

I definitely get that this would probably make them feel too similar to firearms (which seem like a better late game choice regardless) but having papineau go through 3 brooms in a handful of fights without using too many special attacks feels bad.
