last night while exhausted I set up a reminder for my nightly insulin injection & then promptly forgot

Cut to me being jumpscared by this push notification

once I realized my Alexa was not part of a robot uprising encouraging me to take my untimely demise into my own hands it did help though!

First blood sugar reading was as I took off the watch to start my acupuncture session (2:37 pm). Second was in the car after (2:42 pm).

I honestly think my chronic illnesses would have me regularly in the ER without this care. Not exaggerating even a little.
