As a musician who began collegiate studies as a music education major, I know first-hand the importance of music in our schools. My high school music program made all the difference in every aspect of my life. In MA, where I live, we have pending legislation to increase arts funding in education.

My town seems to limit participation in Q&As to those at the senior center at 10am on a Thursday, so definitely not hitting a cross-section of adults.

The town is struggling - 51% of those who care to vote are mad at the town council over things changing, or absolutely refuse to raise taxes.

Fantastic FHS Pops concert last week, with highlights of our different groups coming together for a symphony orchestra performance and strings with the choir on Viva La Vida. As always, great to see our 8th graders join for the side by side pieces

Why you need competent software engineers & can’t layoff/outsource the whole thing.
Company I work with has their database in AWS as a RDS. In addition to nightly RDS backups, AWS is doing regular incrementals. But, this company is used to onprem so they *also* have nightly full backups to S3
