If thats just the advertising, it seems like $7140 more than private sector. If it includes HR processing it’s reasonable.

But it’s telling they need that much to persuade people in a down economy to join.

They convinced a sizable chunk of people that enforcement was corrupt, and there was no proving them wrong because any honest mistake meant the whole barrel was rotten and must be destroyed. And even non-mistakes can be misinterpreted or misconstrued as bad enforcement

When my kids entered school a whole bunch of school-parent comms were over Twitter.

These comms are now ending, going mostly to instagram. But the school district can’t handle the racism on X anymore. Insta isn’t great, but at least not X

We wonder the same in Franklin.

We’re vaguely hoping for a new question next November.

Problem is *everyone* hates the TA and the rules are such that the TC can’t do much. New Tc already complaining that they can’t make changes they think are necessary.

My town managed to bring back 1 more music ed but still need 2-3 more (2 HS, 3 MS, 3 ES).

I know a number (7 or so) of architects. They were drawn into the profession because they loved creating and building, heavily in Lego, as kids. Very artistic oriented. I don’t think any of them ever read Rand.
