My dr said he was more proud of me than I was proud of me and wanted to make sure that I was taking a moment to realize my accomplishments.

In therapy this week we talked about my entire childhood was me getting blamed for others problems and failures and how now in both my professional and personal life, it's another cycle of the same.

I’m about 3lbs away from my halfway point to my first goal weight I have with my endocrinologist. He already thinks I’m doing great and my PCP said I have a lot to be proud of but man… some days I wish it was a faster process.
It hasn’t been hard thankfully. Just slow.
