AI workers training chatbots are telling their families not to use this. Not because they're Luddites, but because they've seen how it's made. "After seeing how bad the data is going in, I knew it could never work correctly."

Shabana Mahmood is an avatar of open Britain – that’s what makes her fable about immigration so seductive | Nesrine Malik

When Rishi Sunak made the Vaccine deal with Moderna as Chancellor, he had up to £530m invested in Moderna.

Now Michelle Mone is desperately bringing it up.

Like if you want Mone on trial.

A movie that takes place where you’re from.

Op Hoop van Zegen (The Good Hope), filmed my great-grandmother’s house.

A poor fisherwoman, Kniertje, is forced by poverty to send her last two sons to sea on a boat known to be unseaworthy. The ship sinks and the owner profits from the insurance money.

I’ve switched to non-alcoholic beer when I go out, but they do leave me incredibly hungry afterwards. Not sure how to fix that, other than to have some sort of healthy food waiting for me at home.

Nunney Castle, near Frome in East Somerset, was built around 1373. The moated castle is privately owned by an heir of the Johnny Walker brand, but maintained by English Heritage. Just off the A361, even many locals don’t know it’s there. #SundayPixOffTheBeatenTrack

Lest we forget: The UK government insisted on a 10-day quarantine for travellers arriving in the UK from France, because the Beta variant was rampant on Réunion (off South Africa). But if you flew directly from Réunion to the UK, you didn’t need to isolate at all. Bonkers. All while Johnson partied.

Don’t be fooled by Boris Johnson. He lied over and over, put senior civil servants on the back foot with his boosterism and tens of thousands died unnecessarily. A terrible PM as well as a terrible author.
Boris Johnson rejects 'muddled' COVID inquiry report and accuses chair of 'breathtaking inconsistency'
The former prime minister, who set up the inquiry, has accused its chair Baroness Heather Hallett of being "hopelessly incoherent" and relying on "hysterical predictions" about COVID deaths.
