I’ve switched to non-alcoholic beer when I go out, but they do leave me incredibly hungry afterwards. Not sure how to fix that, other than to have some sort of healthy food waiting for me at home.

But if you flew directly from Réunion to the UK, you didn’t need to isolate at all. Bonkers. All while Johnson partied.
