Shoulda brought my skis and skins!! It didn’t stick much at the east end of town but I’ll take late April snow any day!!

Second stop was the last snow tubing session at Snow Valley. I think this counts as us making closing day at 3 SoCal resorts (Mountain High, Snow Valley, and Snow Summit) including two in one day 😉

We made a lot of progress this year! Summit has some good long runs and the views of the lake are great. You can also see why it’s colder at night here in summer (shallow valley like a saucer) than Wrightwood (open to the free air above the Mojave Desert).
