How about if I don't out myself, or admit I'm transgender? After all, my 'biological sex' is really nobody's business.

To be fair, I cannot see the point of voting for Labour or the Tories, if reform is dictating their policies. It's merely a choice of which colour we want to be shafted with.

Ah, I was hoping it would be Unison or Unite, but it's a start. Hopefully they'll maintain that position and push for it at the TUC, but I'm being hopeful.
