I think about this every time a new social media platform is announced and we have to produce new and different content but the vast majority of those platforms never stick. I’m glad Bsky is here but I will never forget the whole Clubhouse push. 😅

I think my son also really enjoys the feeling of independence and being able to be helpful. Because sometimes he will just randomly let me know that he went and got milk or dish soap because we were out or whatever thing he noticed. It is very nice.

Yeah. I was telling her how sad I am because all of our local concert venues are also 18+ so there is no teen music scene or anything else. Kind of depressing to not be able to vicariously enjoy these things with her as a parent now. :/

My mom took me when I was 15? I hoped to take my daughter this weekend but it’s all 18 or 21+ now, so I guess she’ll have to wait.
