We need rain so badly. Nov rain in these amounts is so rare, esp for SoCal. Hoping everyone stays safe (mudslides, rain-pooling on streets etc) - we are not well graded in general.
In fact, much of the SoCal coastal plain could see 2-4+ inches between Thu & Mon. That is pretty impressive for a Nov storm in this part of the state! In fact, at least localized flash flooding (esp. near recent wildfire zones & in other susceptible spots) is certainly possible.

Everything this administration is doing is either (or all) evil, uneducated, with a complete lack of concern for the inter connectivity of the world. They don’t gaf about anyone, including their own families, friends and associates.
