I have very eclectic likes. I love music, food, cultures, plants, books and so much more. I have a small farm with a garden. We have horses, cats, chickens, and a dog. We love a simple life, growing our own food and preserving and canning most of it.

Hegspeth is confirmed. Now What? He has no idea how to manage the Pentagon. So he is going to be dependent on his direct reports. Most of which require confirmation.
The Dems have to use whatever political skills they have to get qualified, rational people in these positions ?

Worth noting that McConnell refusing to whip votes to convict Trump at his impeachment trial (or vote himself to convict) is *why* we’re now in a position where Hegseth is the Defense Secretary. If McConnell is looking for the person at fault, he might want to consult a mirror.
