It turns out it is not just clinical staff who provide hospital care 💓

A huge thank you to all the lovely, friendly staff in the main restaurant at lunchtime on Friday last week. We had been at a fairly stressful appointment and myself & my elderly parents were struggling a bit. Every single person was so lovely, friendly & just made us feel calmer and at ease. One lady pushed my mums wheelchair, someone else helped me with the food trays and another young lad sorted the seats to make space for the wheelchair. All had a smile & a wee chat. You have no idea how much we all needed it! It meant such a lot. All the staff are wonderful & seem so happy and helpful. Thank you.
