Re-reading this story a year on, especially with Christmas coming around again, it still has an impact. It captures a moment of care that stayed with the family after they went home together on Boxing Day, and it continues to move those who come across it a year later.

On Care Opinion, stories aren’t just good or bad. They’re personal.

One story thanked the Asha Centre at #WHSCT and suggested a small change about the butter. The service listened and responded with a change: www.careopinion.org.uk/1389147#1404...

Even small changes can have a real impact.
