1/2 My Absent Voting Bill has now received Royal Assent and become law, the first Private Member’s Bill of this Parliament! It means it can be used in the Scottish and Welsh elections next year, which feels like a such an achievement.

Last night, I had the pleasure of attending the Tinderbox Orchestra's Music Libraries performance at the Edinburgh Festival. Their show, featuring rappers, singers, brass, strings, and woodwind, was a celebration of music and community. The performance is part of their (1/2)
