I had to use a startup script. To enable it and do the same for thr tables. I do find a of where someone else did the same thing. If you need it I can find it again for you.

Another question, we are attempting to use Change Tracking only the Azure side for "reasons", is there a way to get the pipeline to ignore the fact CT isn't part of the codebase? I see a parameter for CDC.
