I just spent the last three days in virtual training to become a Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor because I don't have enough things to do in my free time. But I'll be teaching this course to those involved in the foster care system. #BeTheDifference

I setup this countdown counter on my phone to keep tracker of how long it has been since I had suicidal thoughts. It was frustrating at first resetting since I have chronic thoughts. But look I made it month. Woohoo!
