My son opened my "treasure box" from about 1992 (found at my Mom's house recently) and after stealing my NKotB slap bracelet, he started asking me about this figure. I couldn't recall a thing -- then I lensed it and found the theme song. It's Bonkers from D1sney.

I haven't had time or inclination to bead lately, but I have a ton of projects in my head that I need to get out. This will be a braided number of 7-9 strands (I'll figure it out as I go) and I finally found some time to work on it.

Today was a bit high for my liking 😅 the split fried w Beeb, a big bowl of watermelon, and half a serving of Daiya macca. I know tomorrow will be bonkers, and I won't have much time to eat and no desire to do so, but I'm feeling pretty pissed at myself as it stands.

I found Beeb his gingerbread men 🥲 I suck at gingerbread, and every other Christmas cookie I looked at had eggs. He's going to adore these (he looooves gingersnaps)

A bot of a fun day with Beeb before the chaos. We headed for causeway beach, where the tide was so low that the seagrass beds are exposed and the barnacles are hunkered down. We did see this heron bag a huge fish and fight for his life trying to swallow it.

I bagged myself a St@r W@rs nerd but there's an up side: there is a LOT of cool stuff at the thrift store. I thrifted him the R2-D2 snowman last year, and fell upon these last week. They're adorable (and they were a steal)

The cake jars I ordered from Karma Bakery won't arrive until the Friday after Christmas 🥲 Beeb won't care, but I was hoping we'd have them for Christmas dinner, but I will allow him to have a cake jar for lunch over the long weekend. It's the holidays!

I'm at Beeb's school to pick him up, and the gate to the parking lot is locked. I thought I was just early, but there are teo more parents and a BUS waiting behind me. I think they just forgot -- or they'll be tossing Beeb over the fence. He'd love that, honestly.

I'm not feeling like death atm so after Beeb's appointment, we're heading to the park. I gave him the option of grabbing lunch (sushi) or going to the park, and bless him, he chose to run around. I don't think I'm safe around veggie rolls rn.

Yesterday was wild and I had a massive (14 pallet) order to build, but I could barely stop for ten hours. Somehow, when I got home, I didn't eat the whole house 🥲, I kept it to 800 and it's a damn miracle.
