Yep. I've literally driven an hour and a half outside of town to access the ER of a smaller hospital in order to get my hand stitched up quicker.

Canada has a lot of experience with this and it involves doing land aknowledgements
Interesting that Canada voted "Yes" to self determination today, but "No" to sovereignty of Palestinians over their natural resources yesterday. I wonder exactly what goes into deciding how vote on each particular resolution, because it's frankly embarrassing to be in the "No" group at this point.
