Bafflingly, Bondi now says they're appealing. I have no idea whether the case is now moot or not. Kudos to Alina Habba, who has managed to make even a resignation confusing

Only someone who fundamentally does not understand anything about health insurance would make this suggestion. Grouping all the sick people together does not lower the average cost for that group. It would be like putting all the most hurricane-prone houses in a homeowners insurance pool.
John Kennedy on Republican healthcare ideas: "Bringing back high risk pools, which have been outlawed under the ACA."

THUNE: These premiums are going up a little bit b/c of the expiration of the enhanced tax credits

VITALI: I think people hearing their premiums are doubling don't feel that it's a little bit

T: I'm just saying only a small part of that is attributable to the expiration of the enhanced tax credits

I’m not familiar with NYC local brands. Is that considered a “good” bag of chips?

Bad idea. Literally, like a dozen movies were made about this. They were popular. Perhaps you’ve heard of them.

This is pretty dark. At best, it’s utterly incompatible with an administration that claims to be advancing the cause of free speech. I would like to know how many other schools received this.
The US Attorney in Washington DC is investigating Georgetown Law School, demanding that "if DEI is found in your courses or teaching in anyway [sic]," the law school should "move swiftly to remove it"

Federal prosecutors don’t control the classroom. This is a dark abdication of the First Amendment.
