That’s a fair enough critique, though I figured you might know and didn’t want to look it up.

Does the prompt demand that I recognized them as such at the time?
I’ll answer as if the answer is no, since I couldn’t find anything great released in 12-13 (my time range) that I would have recognized as such at the time.

Having done a lot of work here, it seems like everybody approaches this, as if one more rating agency will do it. I get that they’re all different in important ways but it just ends up being the old xkcd comic. Ofc I also believe that we need one that works so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Sadly true, but if you want to live in a fantasy land, I made an 11-4 D gerrymander once when I was bored (this is obviously a very illegal map also we should aim for a commission):

This map is real and bad, but worth pointing out that it has already gotten less bad since the 2022 version and to a certain degree will probably moderate.
