We all know gen z and younger people are drinking less alcohol but the level of cocaine use has gone through the roof.
I dont fear dunk drivers on the road anymore, however do fear drivers impaired by cocaine use and it not just restricted to closing hours.

The mayor is correct. The bar for Christmas festivities is so low. Just look at the success of smaller cities like Waterford and Galway
