It's soybean harvest season in Indiana, where the 4th largest producing state is expected to see record yields. But for the farmers beginning this yearly ritual, the sheer amount of the crop evokes a troubling reminder: the globe's largest buyer, China, has not yet placed an order for U.S. soybeans.

Trump routinely shoots himself in the foot, but this is something next level, a screw up on the national level with huge foreign policy and economic ramifications. A major fuck up and it appears to have been done out of spite.
This is quickly mushrooming into a real international incident

It does give the impression that they are able to easily deal with these controversies without having a complete meltdown

We are on the brink of a constitutional crisis — partially because we have a Supreme Court that keeps letting Trump overstep his authority.
