Alright, I'm trying to make more of an effort to use Bluesky these days because Twitter's just become a cesspool. So here's my "Media I've Consumed in 2025" thread. Enjoy seeing what movies, shows, anime, games, manga, books, etc I partake in for the coming year!
I hate when I'm looking through streaming services for movies that released in black and white and the only ones on streaming are colorized versions. Get that OUTTA here.

The AI has been patched out of Hotel Barcelona, hell yeah. It’s a shame it was ever there in the first place but good on them for hearing feedback and knowing people won’t stand for it. I’m now much more likely to buy it than I was before.

I'm very happy to see Konatsu Kato nominated for best performance in the Game Awards (Hinako in Silent Hill f) because I fully expected her to be snubbed purely because her performance was in Japanese.

I’m sure Expedition 33 is a fine game but it’s funny hearing people say shit like “it revolutionizes turn based battles with action commands!” and it’s a thing Super Mario RPG was doing back in 1996.

I may actually get that Valve SteamCube. The Steam Deck is nice but it does have it's limitations of what it can run. You may say "get a PC" but I really just like sitting on my couch and playing games off my TV.

I like how it just worked out that I killed the final boss in the true ending of Silent Hill f after my other weapons broke and I landed the final blow with the first steel pipe I picked up at the start of the game.

Finding out "The Strangers: Chapter 2" gives you backstory and origin of the titular strangers and fuck you. That's what made the strangers scary. You don't know anything about them. They could be ANYONE. And they torment you just because. I don't need to find out they were bullied as kids.
