New divergence tracker is out - the first since Labour took office. Key take-aways:

1) Labour is continuing a trend of pausing plans for 'active' divergence from EU, due to costs to biz.

2) But - crucially - Lab is also setting plans to actively *align* with EU rules. This is a big policy change

Keep seeing references to UK food security.
Since the mid-19th century UK food security has meant the ability to keep the sea lanes open and imports flowing in. Not the ability to produce domestic needs at home.
