@markhertling.bsky.social Since the Trump administration has already cut off future funding for Ukraine, could Zelenskyy choose to negotiate through European allies rather than whatever the US is doing in Saudi Arabia?

Four unarmed Ukrainian prisoners of war (POWs) were apparently shot and killed by Russian forces in Donetsk Oblast earlier this November, adding to the five previously reported executions of Ukrainian soldiers, the Prosecutor General's Office said on Nov. 28.

Noting that prices will spike w/ tariffs is another liberal reassurance narrative. Not that they won’t; rather, they will, *& that’s the goal.* Tariffs will be Trump’s “war,” suffering for which will be “patriotic.” Pay close attention to how much Trumpers are talking fentanyl & invasion.

I have covered both Musk and Alex a lot, and only one of them is a useful idiot for Putin and also a heinous person. The other is a patriot who did his job with distinction and is a very good man. Guess which is which: thehill.com/policy/techn...

Trump's scam is designed to create the illusion that his fearsome threats are needed to get Mexico to act. Bank on this: Once he's in office, he will credit his threat of tariffs for getting Mexico's cooperation, even though it's already happening. 5/5

I think the future of the Democratic Party is mostly going to be running on the issues Trump and the GOP mess up over the next year and change. That’s the position you put yourself in when you lose the presidency and both chambers. Pretty hard to set the agenda in those circumstances.

This will mean higher gas prices, higher alcohol prices, higher food prices, higher building prices, higher car prices, higher pharmaceutical prices, etc. Trump is about to teach Americans who *actually* pays for tariffs (the consumers do).
