This was just after the BC NDP's 2020 power-grab "yes we're playing politics" election. We got a universal mask mandate about three weeks later, and cases immediately started to fall. Henry, like everyone, knows the operational effect of "please mask" is "No one masks". She's an anti-masker.

Bonnie Henry is a skilled dissembler. This is what she said in November 2020: "An order can never replace our personal commitment. We need to be responsible for our own actions - that is how we all pull together. I wear a mask, and I expect each of you who can to wear one too."

BC public health is terrible. The BC NDP doesn't care about public health. The BC NDP are a left wing party.

The idea that "this is all the Con's fault" is a typical useless left move. The Cons suck. So do the NDP. But quislings make excuses for the NDP. They are complicit in this disaster.

Yes, in my home province of BC where the left-wing New Democratic Party has held power for over a decade we don't even have a school vaccine mandate of the kind Florida does, and which Conservative-led Ontario does (where the Conservative premier has defended it). Left-wing partisans lie about this.

Yes, we call them the BC NDP, who continue to refuse to mandate vaccination as a requirement for school attendance, unlike Doug Ford's Ontario, which has a mandate that Ford himself has defended. But partisan wankers don't care about any of that. They just want to feel smug and useless.

This idea that the useless left can't do anything useful because they are cowards who are terrified of the Cons is one of the big things that demonstrates how useless the left is.

It's not an excuse, it's an indictment.
