I’m ambivalent I suppose, but the real issue feels like it’s more to do with who gets to fund and control news organisations with national influence. All the BBC seems to do is follow RW media for the sake of not appearing to be an outlier.

A non-static constitution might also be called ‘the law’. I don’t think a constitution in itself is an absolute answer to controlling abuses of power.

You either have a written constitution which is uneditable and becomes useless and irrelevant, or you have one which can be adapted regularly to stay relevant, in which case it becomes a political tool. I don’t value either, much.
