Remember your favorite creator possibly might be struggling with imposter syndrome and doubt and this timeline sucks.. so if you find yourself thinking “wow I really relate to this persons work” or that persons work gives you joy, you should probably tell them. It’s a hard time to be a creative.

Q : How did your pressure ocs meet Sebastian? Painter? Damien - Meeting Sebastian : Damien was on the run with three other expendables when he had his first encounter with Sebastian. Upon entering the shop, Damien began to recount what he had been told of the shopkeeper. His fellow inmates had spun numerous tales and rumors about Sebastian and his snarky remarks, including his searing back-and-forth insults. This had, understandably, piqued Damien’s curiosity. He went on to buy a couple of batteries as well as Sebastian's document. His first proper one-on-one conversation (minus the insults and throwing hands) with Sebastian began when Damien returned to the shop for a smoke break. From then on, small talk and banter became the norm for whenever they're alone. Eventually, they end up enjoying each other's company (even though they won't admit it). - Meeting Painter : Damien had to admit, his first time running into Painter proved to be quite the challenge. While avoiding all the troublesome turrets, he couldn't help but throw a few snarky remarks at Painter whenever he somewhat-successfully sneaked past his turrets (Damien stop throwing hands at everyone jfc). Once he finally sees Painter in-person with Pamela, he’s met with a stark contrast of emotions. He couldn’t help but feel just a slight fraction of pity for Painter, relating to his desire to escape this hell-hole of a place. Though Damien is not too close with Painter, he’s able to tolerate his existence. Pamela - Meeting Sebastian : Pamela had accompanied Damien to Sebsatian’s shop. Immediately, she was overwhelmed with unease. Despite Sebastain’s identification as a more ‘friendly' entity, Pamela was still aware of how dangerous he was, and, as a result, did her best to not anger him. She attempts to be polite and friendly with him, calling him Sir/ Mister. She incites some small talk, trying to get on his good side. One thing they have in common is their passion for the rock genre, allowing them to bond over their favorite bands, albums and songs. - Meeting Painter : In the beginning, Pamela hardly paid any mind to Painter, largely due to Damien’s drive to get out of the Hadal Blacksite ASAP. However, she did find him intriguing and amusing. How is it that an AI is able to express that much 'emotion'? Pamela was astounded. Once she and Damien meet Painter in the computer room, Pamela feels for him, upset by the fact that he's been abandoned and dumped like the rest of Urbanshade’s failures. Though human and machine, they are both able to bond over their love of art, often sharing each other's drawings.

Some Astarion face studies, each with an underlying reference. It feels odd to practically be tracing, but I struggle so much with faces, it’s good practice to develop an eye for those unique features that make a face that person’s face.
