Sorry, meant to add that maybe you could ask there if anyone will take quilt squares like they do knitted/ crocheted ones

There's a Ravelry group called Afghan Squares for Pine Ridge Reservation that accepts squares to seam together and make afghans to send to the Reservation. I don't believe they have an off-Rav website.
