For those who care about history the right to petition was always a part of the first amendment, it was the first right the founding fathers gave us, don't let anyone tell you not to use it

but because they understood the risks inherent in their work and wanted to give their activists the best possible chances at acquittals. You cannot dismantle a system you don't understand.
