During random browsing, noticed that PW-T gives the middle name 'Surendrakumar' for SN Banerjee. So checked the Who's Who and that too has this middle name (plus "also known as Shute Nath" in brackets). Can't remember seeing this anywhere in Indian sources, or CI/CA.
