no, imo. right after i bought my house a hurricane knocked down the fence between my contractor neighbor and my yard, but he was so busy making money clearing and repairing other ppls stuff, he was too tired to do ours. we ended up leaving it, sharing my pool, BBQing, smoking and talking a LOT more
