My dad died five days before thanksgiving. I had just finished speaking at an event at Poasttown when I got the call.
He lived in NY. I was in S. Ohio. I had to rush to Michigan to pick up my wife then rush to NY to uplift family.
Thanksgiving lost its luster for me permanently in 2017.

Medical science that has been stopped by this admin (DEI, frozen funds, or just plain disagreement) will take decades to recover due to stopped experiments and losing talent to other countries.

It took over decades to unfuck McCarthyism (some would argue we haven’t fully). That doesn’t even come close to what has been done in less than a year.

The domestics can be undone, one by one with a favorable Supreme Court over DECADES.
The problem comes with attracting back all the lost talent (medicine, science, researchers, engineers, etc)
