Few things are as cute as a snoring cat.

This is my 9 year old wee fuzzball Mazey enjoying a little nap. We adopted her at ~1.5 years old.

Support your local animal shelter.

Adopt, don’t shop. Always.

In the Little Free Library we placed in our front yard.

They understood the assignment.

And add Social Security tax on every dollar earned, rather than only on the $176k annual ceiling.

If millionaires and billionaires were taxed on every dollar earned, we would never have worries about taking care of our social security recipients, rather than keeping them scrabbling and starving.

In the real world, you make it to work on time and work with your colleagues, good or bad, or else you won't have a job.

Meanwhile, those who have money are rewarded for being insolent.

I recently sent this vital book to my mother-in-law, who has a cat in very rural Northern Wisconsin, where guns are omnipresent.

If you don't talk to your cat about gun violence, Satanism, and drugs, who will?

Be a responsible cat parent and have the tough conversations with your cat.

As we are not politicians, and we do not pass laws, yet everything is effed up for our citizens beyond the pale due to those who pass laws, now is the time to revisit this quote in a letter from Marx to Ruge (1843)

Be critical. Be ruthless. It's our mandate to shine a light on this administration

This little dark-eyed junco is one of at least two dozen juncos that visit our deck daily for the nyjer we cast for them.

It hit our glass door. I found the bird a few meters out in out yard.

I held it and pet it reassuringly before I put it on the grill top.

It flew off five minutes later.

This Supreme Court CAN actually do the right thing for the American people once in a while.

How I hope her local Pride organizers have a law-abiding community walk that ambles very slowly by Kim Davis’s house.

The peoples’ Echo carried, loudly.

Echo was chased for 40 days because her voice was beautiful.

When met, the Narcissus 8 spurned Echo, breaking her heart.

Echo will have her revenge by leading the 8 to a turbulent blue wave reflection pool.

Echo still speaks…speaks…speaks…

Chase her.
