My takeaway from being on juries is that the Ivy leaguers are weaker than you think it’s just that they apply to everything and are overrepresented because others are under-encouraged. the blood is in the water however so apply for that competition, that grant, that fellowship — you never know

This is my second go in school, as I'm transitioning between careers. The first time in college, straight out of high-school, I would have graduated class of 2008. Impeccable timing to land in the entry-level cohort for two recessions.

For rooms with three doors, the total number of permutations is 220 (12*11*10) / (3*2*1), but is reduced to 30 unique reflections.

The same exercise can be done to show all the permutations of rooms with two doorways, and the effect on the size of uninterrupted usable space
