Wow, found one in the house in Florence Park this morning. picked it up and put it outside, though I think it was pretty exhausted.

"anything less than top rating is worse than not rating at all" this is an American thing. Anything less than 100% is not worth having. UK used to have a different rule: No one gets 100%, 50% is normal.

Totally agree it’s an act of abuse on his behalf.
Ironically he gets all bent out of shape when people call Twitter Twitter, an inanimate piece of software, yet he’s happy to deadname his daughter.
